ü Retirement Plan Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Hospital Defined Benefit Plan once you become eligible (the first of the month following 30 days of employment), and you will receive a pension benefit upon retirement. Vesting (Eligibility) employees must complete three years of service with New York Methodist in order to receive a benefit from the plan.
