Nutrition Awareness

In recognition of National Awareness Month, and Registered Diabetic Day, the Department of Food and Nutrition Services hosted its annual health fair, which featured educational handouts, nutrition quizzes, giveaways, free fruit, and raffle prices.
 


National Nurse Anesthetist Week

The Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative services joined the Hospitals certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) in celebrating National Nurse Anesthetist Week. The CRNAs provide educational materials to critical care nurses interested in careers in nurse anesthesia.

NYM Blood Bank  

To recognize the individuals that donated the most blood during the 2009 NYM World Series, NYM held a special luncheon in their honor.
