Each month, NYM has health fairs to raise awareness of various conditions. For example, each October, we offer free diabetes screenings which includes vision tests, blood pressure checks, foot exams and medication guidance. Above, Sabina Wood, RN checks the blood sugar of Yves Jean-Baptiste.
