Red Stocking Soirée

Over 100 people attended NYM's first-ever Red Stocking Soirée on November 30th showing tremendous community and staff support. This event, which put a new face on the Hospital’s long-running Red Stocking annual giving campaign, featured elegant “small plates” donated by local restaurants, wines donated by liquor stores and signed items and holiday stockings donated by local celebrities that were up for bid during a silent auction. Celebrity appearances were made by Authors and Stars of Bravo TV's The Real Housewives of New York City Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen.

This event benefited NYM's annual Red Stocking campaign. As the oldest holiday fundraising drive in the country, this program helps us provide charity medical care for those who are uninsured or under-insured.

During the holiday season it’s important to give back by helping those less fortunate, especially members of our own community. It's not too late to contribute to the Red Stocking campaign. Please visit donate.nym.org to make a contribution.
