2012 Red Stocking Soirée
Over 150 people attended NYM's 2nd annual Red Stocking Soirée on November 28th showing tremendous community and staff support for a special purpose. Proceeds from this year's event will be used to aid NYM employees who were most severely impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
The Soirée featured culinary delights, fine wines and beverages from Park Slope restaurants as well as a raffle and silent auction of unique prizes. One of the night's highlights was the speech delivered by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, who praised the Hospital for the service it provides the Brooklyn community and for putting on this event to benefit those impacted by the disaster.
