How to Apply to Volunteer

If you're interested in volunteering with NYM, please:

• Complete the online application. Be sure to answer the "About You" questions. 
• We respond within 48 hours to those applicants who we feel we can appropriately match to a program and invite them to make an appointment for an interview.
• At the interview we will explore which programs are available.
• After the interview you will need to attend all required orientations, workshops, and trainings necessary for your placement of choice and complete our medical clearance process.
• It takes 3-5 weeks to be completed processed and get started as a volunteer.
