New York Methodist Hospital Community Service Plan Available
BROOKLYN, NY—At its October 2013 meeting, the Board of Trustees of New York Methodist Hospital (NYM) approved the Hospital’s Community Service Plan (CSP) for 2014-2016.
As part of NYM’s CSP process, a community health needs assessment was conducted. Based on the results gathered in that assessment, the three year plan was developed. As required by legislative mandate, NYM’s 2014-2016 CSP has now been mailed to the New York State Department of Health.
Interested community residents can view and download the 2014-2016 CSP by going to NYM’s website, www.nym.org, and clicking on “Community Service Plan” under the “About Us” drop-down menu.
