We also describe your rights and certain obligations we have regarding the use and disclosure of medical information.
Who Will Follow This Notice
All of the employees, staff, including medical staff, and other personnel of New York Methodist Hospital and entities involved in the organized health care arrangement will follow these privacy practices.
