Giving Blood Saves Lives

Patients at NYM required over 9,000 units of blood last year alone.  Unfortunately, only 3,800 units were collected at the hospital.  Because blood has no substitutes,  Its components are perishable and must be constantly replaced.  So NYM had to buy and bring the other units to the Hospital.  We need your help! 

NYM has one of four permanent donation centers in Brooklyn. 
 
Donor Room Hours at New York Methodist
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    Thursday - 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
    Saturday - 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    Other hours by appointment
